Dreamforce 2026: the releases worth your attention
AIforce, Agentforce Coworker, Claudeforce, Koa and Builder Central — what each one is and what is actually available.
The Product Wave ·
Dreamforce 2026 ran September 15–17 in San Francisco. The theme was clear: Salesforce wants its platform to be usable from anywhere, by people and by agents. Here is what shipped, and in what state.
Available now
- AIforce — Salesforce data, logic and governance exposed through an API, MCP server or CLI (announcement).
- Headless Experience Layer and Multi-Framework (React and Angular micro-frontends) — both listed as generally available in Salesforce's IT announcements recap.
- MCP Risk Scores and Security Mesh — governance for third-party MCP servers and a unified security telemetry view (same recap).
In beta or pilot
- Builder Central (beta) — build apps and agents from prompts, with tests and deployment controls.
- Koa (pilot) — a CRM reasoning model built with NVIDIA; Salesforce expects general availability in winter 2026, U.S. only (press release).
Also announced
- Claudeforce — Salesforce in Claude, announced in August (press release).
- Agentforce Coworker — an AI teammate inside Lightning (media kit).
- Slackforce — interactive Salesforce surfaces inside Slack.
How to use this list
Salesforce did not publish prices for any of these. Before planning around a release, check its status in your own org and ask your account team about licensing. Start with what is generally available; treat beta and pilot features as things to evaluate, not to build on.
